Coaches only evaluate the athletes that are on their "recruiting watch list". If you are not on their list then they are not at a tournament or game to watch you. Those coaches do not attend games or tournaments to find recruits.
College coaches attend tournaments and games to evaluate the athletes they already know and have initially screened in their recruiting process.
